   Sign up once and your profile, bookings and punch card are all in one place.

   Pick your activity and time slot

   Golf simulator bays, multi-sport and the batting cage are all bookable online. The VR stations with omnidirectional treadmills are opening soon and are not bookable yet. Regular bay bookings open up to 7 days in advance.

   Pay online at the time of booking

   Payments are processed securely by Square. Hourly bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.

   Sign the waiver and get door access

   Everyone must sign our Release of Liability Waiver before their first visit. After you book and pay, you get door access through your booking, using the GymMaster Member app on your phone. Golf N Go is an unmanned facility.

   Show up and play, any time the club is open

   Golf N Go is open 4 AM to midnight. Arrive on time and leave on time so the next player can get in. Bookings must end by midnight.

Good to know

• Book first, every time. Everyone, members included, must book their own time slot online before coming in. The door opens 15 minutes before your booked time and not before. For example, a 7 PM booking can get in from 6:45 PM. Event and birthday bookings: if you'd like to come in early to decorate, email Ashley at ashley@golfngo.ca first. Early entry is only allowed with approval.
• Golf N Go is open 4 AM to midnight. Book any time the club is open.
• Golf N Go is an unmanned facility. You get door access through your booking, using the GymMaster Member app on your phone. Video surveillance is in operation.
• A signed Release of Liability Waiver is required before your first visit.
• VR stations: opening soon. Once they open, everyone watches the short safety video before every session. See our VR Safety and Meta Notice.
• Regular bookings (including 3-hour group blocks): cancel 24 hours or more before the start for a full refund. Under 24 hours, or no-show, is charged in full. Birthday parties and events need 14 days' notice. See our Terms for details.
